...weeeeeeeeell, it's a pairing featuring two characters I rarely use in my writings. I think it could happen. Problem is that there's so little actual canon to the Kaitou-verse that it's hard to predict much of anything (except a hope for a happy ending, yes!) Hakuba's character has developed quite a bit from his appearances in the Conan-sphere, though, and I think it's a possibility based on the way he is now versus the way he was initially.

All we can do is wait and see on those two. Or go read Icka's stuff--she's written them a bit here and there :3

I think MK is Gosho's permanent work in progress. He brings it out whenever the plunny bites and doesn't need to beat it since he uses his other series as bread gainers... Then again, what do I know?

I still really wanna know how he wanted to use the red-blue wire plunny he gave the Movie 1 makers and originally had planned for Akako and Aoko. D:

The sad part is that when he started MK, it didn't take off, so he put it on the back-burner. But with Kid having made so many guest appearances in the Conan series? I think he's a fan favorite now, and if Gosho were to go back and start doing MK full-force, I think it would take off like crazy. *siiiiiiiigh*

I don't know...it's kind of an interesting thought, really. But either way, it's still a very sweet story, and I'm glad we got to see it one way or another!

I don't know - I kinda pulled that pairing out of the blue, but it would definitely be interesting to see the somewhat neurotic Hakuba with Akako... XDD

Hakuba's become less neurotic during his Conan appearances, I think--or at the very least, a lot less...pretentious isn't the right word, but I can't think of what is. He just might be able to handle her, should they ever decide to hook up :)
