Hello! You've reached the stomping grounds of Candyland, a twenty-four year old dreamer who happens to work as a pharmacy technician. I live in the Middle of Nowhere (some call it Iowa). I've been playing video games since the age of five, when we got our first Nintendo. Now my hands are actually big enough to hold the controllers. I discovered anime in high school, which is also when I began writing. It's been smooth sailing ever since. I also love music, reading, writing, knitting, hanging with my friends, and eating all the Chinese food I can get my hands on, healthy or not. | This journal serves a variety of purposes. First and foremost, it's a place where I dump my thoughts. Those thoughts can range from really weird and random to sad or upset to simply voicing my opinion about something. Discussion is a hobby of mine, and is always welcomed. Secondly, it's a place where I talk about some of the things going on in my life. In that respect, I am a fairly boring person. And finally, I do tend to babble about my fandom loves here. Sometimes they cycle quickly, but some stick around for a while. So beware - here, there be fangirling. | Many of the people on my f-list are people I know or have known face to face. But a lot of my friends on here are people I have met through various fandoms, and I love them all very dearly. I don't usually automatically friend back. It's not really necessary, since my journal is mostly public, and we're very lurker-friendly 'round these parts.
