I've seen this on a couple other LJs, but actually swiped it from msbbt.

So ask me a question about anything--fandom, real life, music, vegetables, etc--and I will answer you and then ask YOU a question and then the whole process could be repeated if anyone wants to keep it up. If this works, by the end we could know each other so well we're sick of each other and have to quit one another for a while.

Hey, welcome aboard! I like questions!

I have heard of a couple of her other series, Ranma, and something about a mermaid (the title escapes me at the moment), but I've never actually watched or read them. Heck, most of the time I'm barely keeping up with Inuyasha ^_^ So I go bug Kat to tell me what's happening. Which reminds me, I really need to go read this latest manga thing that's got everyone all in a tizzy...

And now I get to ask you a question! If you could turn the sky any other color, what color would you turn it?? And go!

Ooh! You should totally read Ranma! It was my obsession before Detective Conan...
I just love the fact that Ranma turns into a girl, has three fiancee's, and...it is so crazy...I have a link if you want to try it sometime.

Now I ask another question! Um... Do you think it's weird for an Asian girl to use British slang when she grew up around Americans and Asians and doesn't know any British people? (My friends all think I'm weird for using British slang...>.>;;)

Green is one of my two favorite colors! The other being pink =P

I think people should be able to use whatever slang they see fit. I'm occasionally finding words like "keen" slipping into my conversation, which is a slang term from the freakin' thirties. I also use far too much internet lingo in my daily speech--particularly "bee-tee-dub" for BTW, and I say "burb" for brb so I'm saying it like it sounds. So you talk however you like. Who knows--it might catch on!

My fave non-canon couple is definitely Eriol/Tomoyo from Cardcaptor Sakura. It was the first really non-canon couple I ever got into.

I've got two. I'm probably going to butcher the spelling on both, but here goes nothing:

- Antidisestablishmentarianism
- Isumanjigrunjunjinimik

I can't remember what the first one means, but the second one is an Eskimo word that means "to forgive." So I hope everyone will "isumanjigrunjunjinimik" me for spelling it so atrociously wrong ^^;;

I think it's cute that you 'burb'. And as the right or left thing...I can only assume you're asking which hand I write with. I write with my right hand. But I draw disturbing cartoons of people I don't like with my left hand. They come out more weird and deformed that way.

Ohmigod, that's so cute!! *huggles* I wish I could draw...

I just attached myself to a theme challenge for villains. I was told that it was my civic duty to go to this community and claim Gin and write stories about his exploits and his Blonde Hair of Evil. So I am ^_^ The first theme is "kitten," I believe, so you know where this is gonna go ^^;;

*takes chopped-down-tree-you and starts whittling*

If I were the creator? Well, romantic tension is great and all...but enough is enough. Heiji's sloooooowly starting to clue in as to his feelings for Kazuha; even if he hasn't actually realized that he has these feelings and that he's getting jealous when she flirts with other guys, he knows something isn't normal.

Furthermore, during the bomber case, Megure would NOT have come flying into the alleyway just as Satou and Takagi were about to kiss. I repeat, he would NOT have interrupted that moment.

Conan...he needs to tell Ran. Her not-knowing isn't going to protect her in the end when/if the Black Ops find them. If anything, she'll be in more danger because she won't know that there is danger!

In short: there's enough romantic tension in the series. Let's have some make-out scenes, okay? OKAY?? *waves flag* FOR GREAT JUSTICE!! ...or fangirling, I'm all for either.

Question for you! What is the air-speed velocity of an unladen swallow?? *is shot* Okay, okay...if you became an evil overlord and could have any power you wanted, be it magical, mechanical, etc., what power would you pick?

I'm a righty, full-fledged.

I'm really not a big fan of your typical fruit pies, like apple and pumpkin. But I like key lime, French silk, and lemon meringue. My parents don't understand that in order to really enjoy pumpkin pie, though, you have to have whipped cream on top that is at least as thick as the pie itself. *nods sagely* That's the only way to eat it!

What, in your opinion, is the greatest moment of the Conan series thus far? Serious, romantic, funny, whatever you like ^_^

The greatest moment of Conan? Let's see...well, I don't have the time to sit down and read it page by page, so I skim and scan and only read the chapters with Heiji and Kazuha in them...Yes, I am that obsessed/weird...But I can't pick between two moments.


1. The chapters where Heiji and Kazuha were kidnapped by that evil lawyer lady.
2. The moment when Kazuha stabbed Heiji's hand and he still wouldn't let go.


*sighs deeply* Ahh, the romance...That reminds me...I still have to work on my next Smile...I promised you to make it 'Make-out-tastic'...

Dolphins!!! I LOVE DOLPHINS!! *laugh* It's kind of a running joke in my family that my sister and I are easy to shop for: she gets teddy bears, and I get dolphins. Whales are good too, especially orcas, but I've just always liked dolphins ^_^

I was figuring the cliff moment would come into play. It's one of the greatest single moments in the entire freakin' series, and it's not even between the main characters ♥♥♥

The one person from the show I would want to murder is probably Sonoko/Serena. She's got a good heart and all, but...she pissed me off like you wouldn't believe. I just want to slap her and say "SHUT THE %&$^# UP!!"

I might also consider killing Nakamori-keibu so he doesn't have to live with his awful dub name. Or Kazuha's father, to save him from the shame of never having been given a first name ^_^

My favorite first name? Well, when I grow up and if I ever have children, I'm going to name the boy Wendy and the girl Peter...just to emotionally scar them while growing up...(No, I'm just kidding.)

"Femininity." It always comes out as "feminimity" or something equal butchered like that. But one of my friends can't say "hippopotamus." It comes out as "hippodonamus," for reasons we have not yet adequately explained =P

Oh, I like this question!

Depends on your definition of "play." I'm more or less fluent on piano, trumpet, and euphonium (never heard of it? Don't feel bad, no one has, but it's a tenor tuba). I can sort of manage a trombone (played it one year for jazz band), I can play Hot Cross Buns on clarinet and saxophone, and I can make noises come out of a flute and a French horn. I'm currently learning guitar. And I sing ^_^
