November is fast approaching. Sort of.

So...

Anyone doing NaNo this year?

...

Yes, I'm already thinking about it XD

Me! Well, I'm attempting. I failed last year.

But I WILL win. One day.

I couldn't do it last year because I was studying for my pharmacy tech certification test, which I took in December. But I beat it...I think it was the year before that?

You can do it! \o/

I'm totally gonna do it! As soon as the last NaNo ended I was already thinking about this one XD Except I'm not sure what I'm going to write this year, but I'm sure I'll come up with something.

I was thinking about this one last year, since I couldn't participate (due to studying issues, boo hiss), but last night it just hit me that I should figure out what I'm going to write! *laugh*

My problem isn't coming up with something, exactly. It's more that I have about six things I could work on, and I have to pick one.

I'm not doing it myself (don't think I'd have the discipline for it) but my husband is! Or at least, he is if he can get Para/Normal finished. ~_~* I keep poking him about both....

The only way I've made it through is by doing it with friends ^^;; But yay for your husband, and good luck to him! \o/

Probably not! But I will likely be working more on my unfinished one from last year.

Awesomesauce! I'll probably be working on some fanfic thing, just because that's what I usually do. Get one of these projects wrapped up, hopefully!

Up until recently I was on the fence about it, since I've done it (and won) every year for the past few years, but I didn't have an inkling of a story idea. But then last week I was hit with inspiration, so I'm definitely in this year.

I've only won it once (on my second try, I think XD), but I've always had fun with it, both participating and watching others participate.

In the meantime I'm trying to decide on an idea to write for it *laugh* Too many ideas, not enough time to write them all!

I THOUGHT I was right? *laugh* I knew it was in November and thought hmm this is early. Though thinking now it's not too bad. It's nearly mid-August. For some reason, I thought it was May when I saw your text. *laugh*

It is in November, but knowing me it'll take me the whole two and a half months to decide what I'm going to write and get it planned. I'm sort of leaning towards one project...but we'll see.

Join me, lady! Join me! *chants* One of us! One of us!

You know, I've heard of a lot of my F-List doing NaNo, and I'm really interested to try it out. I'm not 100% sure how it works though. o___0 BUT, I'm all up for it... I hope. After all, that's the start of my second sem! Still, I'm hoping that sem pans out much better than this one is turning out to be. >.< Plans, plans...

Oh! NaNoWriMo (short for National Novel Writer's Month) is simply an attempt to write a 50,000 word novel in 30 days. That balances out to roughly 1667 words a day. There's some more information on it here (http://www.nanowrimo.org/whatisnano) and here (http://www.nanowrimo.org/hownanoworks) from the NaNo website ^_^
