Wow, this sounds really grumpy...

Started my second placement for student teaching yesterday.

...thus far, I am really NOT enjoying myself. But I've only been there two days, should give it a little more time. And besides, that elementary school program is really a hard act to follow. Which reminds me, I need to get those pictures posted...but yeah. So far, not very happy :(

Gaaah, all I really want to do right now is fall asleep x_x But gotta get a couple other things done first. Then I intend to knit another four or eight rows (this thing goes in a pattern of four, and it's a pain to try and find your place if you lose it) and then crash. And I will crash HARD.

And why is it so cold? WTF, weather? *siiiiigh* At least it's not snowing.

I've actually heard from several sources that we're due for one more go-around with TEH SNOW before we can finally leave this awful winter behind us. Might be years before we see another double snow day again...

Yesterday I almost walked out the door without a coat because I didn't think I'd need one, but decided to grab one at the last moment. Boy, was I glad I did! Wound up having to walk around the school in search of an open door when we got back from an errand *shivers*

This afternoon it was so warm I didn't need a coat here in NYC. Now it's freezing. *pouts* There have been snowstorms here as late as April 6th. Keeping fingers crossed that this is not one of those years.

We had snow flurries this morning when I was walking into school--it was FRIGID ;o; And we've had blizzards in mid-to-late April here as well, so...anything's possible, I s'pose >.>

...I do believe that you can blame that on global warming. Knowing your predicament, though, it makes me rather happy that I live in the tropics. Hehe.

Oh, but sometimes I DO wish that it would snow over here. Sigh.

Could be--I know we've had crazy weather here before running into late April even. It's totally possible...I just kinda wish it wouldn't happen >.>;;

The tropics? o.o Lucky! Actually, I'd probably die--I don't handle heat well ^^;; And I do enjoy cool weather and the occasional snowfall. Just not the BIG HONKIN' BLIZZARD that shut down our area for four days :3
