Quick post before I have to go to work~

candylandEither my bathrobe is a lot heavier than I thought it was, or my bathroom scale is kind of wacked out. Because I went upstairs to weigh myself because my first official weigh-in is today. Since I'd just gotten out of the shower, I was in my bathrobe with a towel on my head. Took the towel off and hopped on. Weight was up. Frowned, thought for a second, took my robe off (♫bow chicka bow wow♪) and hopped back on. DROPPED FIVE POUNDS.
...all righty then, scale.
Last night, I went to seekaitodoushi in her musical. Said musical was Sondheim's Assassins, which is about the nine people who assassinated or attempted to assassinate a United States President. It's a surprisingly awesome show. There are some really good laughs, and a LOT of swearing. But at the same time, it's really thought provoking.
You know how a lot of people say that they can remember where they were when they heard that JFK had been shot (for my generation, it's 9/11)? They had a song for that called 'Something Just Broke' that talks about that, and it actually kind of made me tear up v_v
It's a really interesting show. If you have a chance to go see it, I highly recommend that you do so.
My sister gets home tonight! But in the meantime, I have to go to work. Laters!
