Random Lines of Evil

candylandGot together with the girls over winter break, we had some fun times. I just forgot to post them--so Rachie, Kat-chan, you can stop chasing me with a stick now ^^ Here they are...
Waiter: I'm bored. Wanna make out? (At this point, Kat pretty much came out of her chair...)
Kat: The door!! The door!! (We were getting really into that game of Disney Scene It...)
Me: That's...fourteen cans apiece.
Kat: That's six less than last time! (We can go through an unbelievable amount of pop in one night...)
Me: ...oh my God, I just plunnied myself!! (The conversation had shifted to fanfiction...)
All: Do you like fire? I like fire... (Taken from a Cartoon Network commercial...)
Dad: *calling from the top of the stairs* What’re you doing down there?
Me: Plotting to take over the world…and taking the dip away from Rachel. (Thus begin the dip jokes...)
Rachel: I want my dip!! (Said about thirty dozen times in the course of the evening...)
Rachel: *singing to herself* Dip, dip, dip, dip, dip… (Rachel, sweetie, you are a dip...)
Me: What is it with you and dip, you freak?!? (She was hogging the dip. I wanted it.)
Me: Do NOT argue with the Momiji hat!!! (Kat was wearing a Furuba cosplay hat *huggles hat*)
Me: …oh my god, I just plunnied myself AGAIN!!! (...yeeeeeeeah...you know how it goes...)
Me: If the poster is to be believed, Detective Conan Movie 10 might well have Conan-slash-Shinichi, Heiji, Hakuba, and Kid. So basically, a fangirl’s wet dream. (I had a bucket for the drool, fortunately.)
Me: Detective Conan, Magic Kaitou, Loki Ragnarok, Saint Tail, DNA Angel, Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, even Fullmetal Alchemist...basically, if there's a kaitou in something, we automatically love it. (We were discussing various series, and had this revelation...)
And then tonight at dinner, my dear friend Kelly gave me a couple of great ones. These are approximate, as I can't remember the exact exchanges. I love this girl to death. She makes me laugh so very, very much...
*discussing fanfictions and our favorite genres therein*
Kelly: I like angst okay, but I prefer happy endings.
Me: Isn't that like saying I'm a fish, but I don't like water?
Kelly: No. I like angsty things, I just don't like dead things!
Kelly: Not all angst ends up dead!
*sigh* I have awesome friends. But anyway, time to go shower. Then I think we're going to watch Eddie Izzard: Dressed to Kill. If you have not seen this comedian, you should, for he is utterly brilliant. Dressed to Kill is definitely the best one of his four DVDs. Especially the part about the Heimlich manuever. Kelly and I watched that just before we had to go do our CPR training, and we were laughing too hard to demonstrate our knowledge of the Heimlich. The nurse probably thought we were on crack or something.
