Okay, someone can correct me if I'm totally wrong, but this just hit me...

CONAN MOVIE 7: Ran (as herself) is wearing brown boots, jeans, a pink shirt, and a white jacket.

CONAN MOVIE 8: Kid (as Shinichi) is wearing brown shoes, jeans, a pink shirt, and a white jacket.

REVELATION: Kid is stealing Ran's clothes.

...there's a plunnie in here somewhere, I know it. It's just hiding from me... *holds out shiny object*

Except she was wearing them when they pulled her out of the lifeboat. He didn't steal it so much as "borrow it, make a copy, and give it back." I feel there should be distinction here!
