Walking in a winter wonderland...

candylandReligions paper? Done and turned in a day late.
Art History paper? Found out it's not due until Friday. Have every intention of writing a nice big chunk of it tonight.
Visual Basic? Prof told me I can turn in the assignment tomorrow, and I have help! *snuggles*
High school teaching? DONE!!
Those who know me would probably have difficulty believing that I'm in this good of a mood...considering that I was up at six-thirty AM this morning *thumbs up* I'm not exactly lazy, but I'm definitely NOT a morning person >.> I actually fixed my hair this morning (!!!) and everything. My intent was to be on the road at seven-thirty, and I was on the road at 7:35...mostly because I couldn't remember where I parked my car ^^;; So I got there at ten after eight, and school started at eight-twenty. W00T-age!
The plan was that we would split them up--each of us would take half the choir and do a twenty-minute sectional, then bring them back together. I felt very encouraged, though...
*discussing the teaching with Mrs. J and a student*
Student: I know you're going to do awesome. You guys seem nice and you know your stuff. It'll be great!
Mrs. J: ...she's taking the guys.
*pause*
Student: *pretends to applaud* Good luck! I'm really praying for you!
Yeah. Made me feel good, let me tell ya >.> I thought it went pretty well, though, and Mrs. J seemed to think we did fine. PK, on the other hand...she did not look especially happy. Leah already got her reaming about it--we're talking a full typed page of everything Leah did wrong. I'm due for my reaming in twenty minutes, but fear not! *holds up two candy bars* I HAVE CHOCOLATE! I AM PREPARED FOR THIS!!
And 'member, if you want a Christmas card, please to be leaving a screened comment here! *MWAH!*

...I hate it that people thinks I'm going lalala~ through college just because I only seem to complain when I make something worse for myself. I'm tired--I only got less than 5 hours of sleep last night and I've been getting about the same amount or less since SUNDAY...
And I don't mean to bring down your mood or anything, but I figured that since you're going to read my LJ anyway...well, this will save you the trouble of having to ask me if I'm okay.
The short of it is: No. I'm not.
And I'm really sorry if I in any way bring down your mood or anything. Because I know how rare it is to have a happy day even when a bunch of shit has been going on...
