I go creak!
May. 6th, 2008 10:12 amI felt awful this morning. Absolutely AWFUL. When I woke up--before six AM--my entire body HURT. I tried to uncurl from the nice warm little ball I was sleeping in...and the muscles in my legs went "OMFG DO NOT WANT I HURTY YOU NOW *STABSTABSTAB*" When I got up to walk to another room, I was all hunched and shuffling like a little old lady XD
I can now walk upright. I no longer resemble one of those old evolutionary models!
For
summerwrite, I am currently at almost twice the word count I should be at for the bare minimum. YAY! *makes note to get some DC/MK ficcage done and wrap up those challenges* Tonight should be a bit interesting because I have the high school band/choir concert. I've already got more than the minimum written, but I'd like to get at least a few more words done on it today before I clock in on my count.
Tomorrow we have community service day. I get to paint and rake and stuff. Yay! :D At least it doesn't look like it'll be too hot out--high in the mid-sixties, which is good. And it's also supposed to rain. Or possibly thunderstorms. We shall see what happens with that.
Made a new recipe last night--garlic-honey chicken stir-fry. It was easy, and extremely tasty! Only thing I changed was to double the sauce recipe so I could have some to put on my rice. My rice, which came out right this time! Last time I tried making rice, it was mush.
Notice given on my apartment. I move on June 7th. So I might be absent from the interwebs for a few days around that time. I think my computer will be the last thing to get packed, though. Because I'm addicted like that.
...MY GOOD GOD I AM SO BORING.
Ummm...and then giant squid attacked!
Yeah. That's it.

Date: 2008-05-06 10:30 pm (UTC)Ack! *looking at your counter* 150,000 words?! So summerwrite is kinda of like, a mega-NaNoWriMo? Hey, good luck!

Date: 2008-05-06 11:11 pm (UTC):D It's a four-month challenge, so it actually averages out a little less than NaNoWriMo. With NaNo, it's 1667 words a day. With SW, it's about 1220 to make minimum. I'm...farther along than I need to be. Is nice to have that buffer, though :3
Thanks! *glomps*
