A quick post before I fly off to work...

One night, while kaitodoushi and I were closing together, I was making pizzas, like ya do. I usually spend a lot of time doing that at work ^_~ And I also tend to get some very, VERY strange ideas when I work, including a line that sparked the fic I posted yesterday--Kristoph Gavin seeing Edgeworth's cravat and commenting that such frills were sooooooooo game three *SHOT*

But anyway, I suddenly had a Thought! And I turned to Kat, and I commented on this thought. And lo, we have agreed that we have found the ACTUAL origin of netspeak. What is it, you might ask?

Tombstones.

That's right, old-fashioned tombstones. Namely, the ones that say RIP on them.

RIP = Rest In Peace, right?

So therefore, we blame the makers of gravestones for starting what would eventually become netspeak. And yes, these are the kinds of thoughts that hit me while I'm up to my elbows in pepperoni! WTFLOLBBQ!! *Candy is shot with far more tranquilizer darts than is probably truly necessary and dragged off by the men in the white coats*

And please to not be telling me "O HAY THAT'S A MYTH" or anything. It'll make me go *sadface* if you do :P

I get a lot of ideas at work. I've taken to keeping a few notecards in my purse, just in case I want to jot something down.

I wondered why I could has no call back ^^ Is okay, lady~ I wound up kidnapping/being kidnapped by my best friend for foods and gaming ^^;; ...and also a mild panic attack, still in progress, but we won't talk about that here!
