A whole lot of random!
Nov. 12th, 2008 09:13 pmWeeeeeell, I'm officially caught up on
nanowrimo. Over twenty thousand words clocked in. I'm actually up about a hundred words right now, which is nice. Sort of hoping I can really crank some out over the next couple of days and get a bit ahead @_@ Thank you,
lwyn, for the sprints! (>^3^)>
I'm also rather pleased with myself for finishing up all the requests on my last fic request post over on
professorlayton. And...then I turned around and put up another one. My empty plunnie cage, let me show you it. I do love doing it. And contrary to what I'm sure some people think, I am working on the DC/MK prompts from the one I did here on my own journal ^^;; *dodges thrown things*
I still need to catch up on
candyfics comments. I'm sorry, guys... ~_~
I was watching this forensics show earlier. Did you know that they can actually detect arsenic in the ashes of cremated people? Since arsenic is a metal, it doesn't disappear in the fire, so they can still find it. Sent a guy down for three counts of murder and one count of attempted murder because of tests done on the ashes of his first two victims.
Tomorrow will be interesting. We have a pizza sale on Friday, so we want to get as much made tomorrow as possible so we don't have a repeat of last time. Yesterday, I did most of the prep work by getting the crusts docked (running them through the oven to pre-bake them). I did three cases, which totals one hundred and twenty crusts. It took me around three and a half hours. So tomorrow we get to make a mountain o' pizzas.
...that's about all I've got right now. I think I might head to bed soon *blows kisses*
