Lots of things in as short an entry as possible~

Whew. Okay, let's see how short I can make this.

First up, when I was out with raerae639 last week, we were driving through a parking lot and saw The Sleaze, aka her ex (very long story). And because I have no charitable feelings or goodwill towards this man whatsoever, I will gleefully report that he looked like he had swallowed the Goodyear Blimp. He looked awful. Why yes, my bitchy is showing.

So Rae and I made a pact that by next summer, we're both going to be down to our healthy weights. The result is healthybysummer, where we are recording our progress. We're just recording daily workouts and weekly weigh-ins. If it's in a public place, we're both more likely to do better. It's just the two of us right now. Wish us luck!

On a related note, yoga is really, really fun :D

I went ahead and posted a complete fandom list as a floater post. Comments are being left open for recs, requests, or whatever. Requests and recs are cool. I like birds.

My work schedule for the next month is sort of crazy, but I likes monies. I do indeed. But I'm starting to plot out Lurker Day stuff now. Celebrations are fun! I know what I'd like to finish and post. It's just a matter of getting it done in some sort of timely manner~

Took a break from The Dark is Rising series to read a quick supernatural mystery called Promise Not to Tell by Jennifer McMahon. Good book, neat little mystery, liked the supernatural angle, reeeeeeeeeally fast read. Like...I read the first fifteen pages or so on break at work, and then plowed through the remaining 235 pages last night.


I am now caught up with what Funimation has released of the Conan dub. My thoughts should probably be reserved for a separate post which alternates raucous laughter with a lot of WTF-ing.

...eh, I'll leave this here and post about tomorrow's plans later tonight.

I doubt he will. I haven't seen him back in my department yet, and I've been back there for three months ^^;; But we'll see what happens.
