I call this mission a success!

Okay, I sort of punk'd some people yesterday. The "new" chapter I posted for No Little Plans was an April Fool's prank. I got a couple of "I hate you's," a few e-bricks thrown at my head, a couple "I love you's," at least one "I figured it out," and a couple of subtle suggestions that maybe the idea should be its own fic. I'm going to be leaving the chapter up, though now it's marked as a joke.

I don't usually do anything much for April Fool's Day. That was fun!

My sister's home for the weekend. I love it when anyone tells me these things, especially because kaitodoushi and I have been trying to figure out a gaming time so we can finish Reverse/Rebirth on Chain of Memories. Then that game is FINALLY done, and we're done with Kingdom Hearts...until Birth by Sleep comes out :D

Our next joint gaming venture is going to be Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4.

While I'm on the subject of games: F-LISTERS WHO ARE CURRENTLY PLAYING POKEMON HEARTGOLD OR SOULSILVER! I was randomly thinking about randomly random things, and I was just kinda curious: at what point do you call HG/SS beaten? In the original games, you'd beaten the game when you beat the Elite Four, but you'd only completed it when you had a full 'dex. In this game, have you beaten it once you've beaten the Elite Four, or is it after all the other fun extra stuff is done?

These are the things I think about when I'm lying in bed wishing my sister would turn the volume down so I don't have to listen to American Idol.

I call HGSS fully complete when you defeat Red, and for RBY, I call that game complete when I catch Mewtwo

I say it's beat once you've cleared all the gyms and the E4, plus Silver. Essentially once the storyline's over. Completion comes once you've caught all the Pokemon :)

Well, I definitely say "complete" is when you've filled up the Dex. As for beaten... I've been wondering that myself @_@; I know at the Backloggery they say a good point is if you see the credits, but there's a whole additional game after the Elite Four, so... Buh? XD;

Though, we're so close in Diamond and these games combined and the only one we're not sure on is Celebi, so maybe we can mark it as beaten after the Johto section and completed after Mt. Silver and filling the Dex?

Persona 4 is AWESOMENESS!!
I've completed the game once and am almost at the end of my second playthrough. First time through I didn't know the story so I went with the same name I'd given my P3 MC-kun. For my second playthrough, though, he's Kudou Shinichi. *^_^* You can join either the Soccer or Basketball teams, and either the Music or Drama clubs. Of course I've played Soccer/Drama both times. It's a really awesome game, and of course you're playing detective....*^_^* Naoto-kun is my favorite character.
And I should probably shut up before I risk either confusing you completely or treading too close to possible spoilers....~_~* I LOVE Persona 4, though!

I think the consensus is usually when you beat all the gyms, the Elite Four, and Red, but... XDD It's a matter of personal opinion. Plus, in the original S/G/C, you could see the credits twice. Once if you beat the Elite Four, and once after you beat Red.

If we hang out tomorrow, then I can have that stuff Pal Parked over for us, and get 'em bred. We could do trading then?

I've been playing the games for years - back since I got my copy of Pokemon Red back at KB Toys. Which we haven't had in a very long time ^^;; They're fun, and not overly complicated.

Lordy, I remember one day marathoning, like...eight of the movies in a row. Lucariooooooo ;_;

I was hoping no one would kill me. And no one did, though I did get a few people telling me never to do that again *is properly chastised...maybe*

I've heard so many good things about it, and so many people on my f-list are fans of the games...so when I saw it, I picked it up, and since it's my turn to pick the game we're playing together, kaitodoushi and I are on board!

I also picked up the PSP port of the original Persona, and I'm hoping to start it soon, maybe after I finish up a couple other games *looks pointedly at Phoenix Wright: Justice for All* I also promised ammchan that I would finally freakin' start TWEWY...

I have too many games. Hard to believe that once upon a time, I just watched and wrote for anime, huh?
