(no subject)
Oct. 10th, 2005 12:13 pmWell, Cass tagged me to do this, and I figured what the hell, haven't done something like this for a while. So here ya go, a little about me.
10 years ago I was:
• 10 years old…damn, I feel old…
• in 5th grade—I think…I’m horrible with years
• living in Sioux City
• highly attention deficit (still am, just not quite as bad)
• bored out of my mind in school
5 years ago I was:
• 15 years old
• sad because I hadn’t made Headliners
• looking forward to getting my driver’s license!
• twirling flags in the Miss Saigon marching band show
• just starting out on my Mercedes Lackey reading frenzy (thank you, Cassie!)
1 year ago I was:
• an RA on second floor of Swope
• traipsing through the snow on a daily basis, as we had such lovely blizzards
• discovering a whole bunch of new anime (thanks, Rachel!)
• freaking out over Music Theory III
• having my first full-fledged crush in years
Yesterday I:
• performed in the Homecoming concert (yay, band and choir!)
• went to dinner with my parents—Chinese good is unto a god
• homework, homework, homework…blechy
• watched a couple of movies
• finished a fanfic that I started six months ago
5 snacks I enjoy:
• popcorn
• Ramen noodles/those yakisoba thingies
• chips and dip
• Bagel Bites/pizza rolls
• beef jerky
5 songs I know all the words to:
• "Bless the Broken Road,” by Rascal Flatts
• "Behind These Hazel Eyes,” by Kelly Clarkson
• far too many boy-band songs for my own good…
• just about anything classic Disney
• “Internet Porn,” by Da Vinci’s Notebook *grin*
5 things I would do with 100 million dollars:
• pay off all my bills/student loans
• travel—a lot
• make sure that I and my family are taken care of by setting some aside
• donate to charities that I believe in
• well…I have a very long list of anime I want…
5 places I would run away to:
• New York City
• Hawiaii (I wanna get lei-ed! …okay, bad joke, sorry)
• Colorado (the Rockies are beautiful!)
• Japan
• France or London or somewhere else in Europe
5 things I would never wear:
• shirts that show off massive amounts of cleavage
• really short skirts
• Ugg boots
• fur
• leather pants (gotta agree with Cass on this one…)
5 favorite TV shows:
• too many animes to name
• Family Guy
• South Park (it’s my guilty pleasure…)
• CSI/Law and Order (all of ‘em)
• Cold Case (it gets special mention, ‘cause it’s my favorite!)
5 bad habits:
• nail-biting
• procrastination
• staying up waaaaaaay too late
• one-track mind that tends to obsess over irrelevant things
• impulse shopper
5 biggest joys:
• family/friends
• writing
• music
• anime
• FOOD
5 fictional characters I would date: (this one might be hard...)
• Captain Jack Sparrow (hell, yeah!)
• Ron Weasley
• the lab guy from CSI (can’t remember his name, but he cracks me up!)
• Victor (from Corpse Bride—shyness is uber-cute!)
• Kaito Kuroba/Kaitou Kid...hell, any of the Gosho Boys (Heiji, Shinichi...*drool*)
5 people I tag to do this:
• Ryann
• Share
• Brad
• Jewelsy
• Mike
Whoo-hoo!!! Yay, all about me!!
In other news, Homecoming Week is over, and I am GLAD FOR IT!!! The Homecoming Concert went well, though. Cheers to all band and choir people, we done good!
Ciao,
~ Me ^.^
Joy: Do you want to know how crazy I am?!?
Me: ...remove your hands from my neck, and I'll answer honestly...
