More of the white stuff...

It rained all day yesterday--it was lovely. Not too cold, no thunder or lightning. Just a nice light rainfall. ladyerisnos and I even went out for a long walk in it. It was great! Most excellent, indeed.

Then I was on duty with thekellylynn. Duty last night was...interesting. But that's a story for another day, I think. I'll just say that we watched a few movies--I think Kelly was right, though. We went through pretty much our entire movie collections (with the exclusion of anime) through the course of interim. But between the two of us, we were on duty pretty much every day in interim. For the record, sometimes I really hate humanity ^^;;

Then today I wake up and find we've got more sky dandruff falling today. Snow, snow, and more snow. It's not really cold (I'm wearing flip-flops, actually...), and I don't think it's sticking [yet], but the stuff is falling like crazy. The thing is that nobody wants it anymore!!! Christmas is over, and we all got to go play in it already. That's enough, we're done. No. More. Snow.

At this point, snow needs to stay where it belongs: on mountaintops, the North Pole, and in Bing Crosby songs.

Conversation

Dinnertime conversation fun between thekellylynn and I. I think eggrolls and caffeine bring out the crazy in us. As do duty nights where we're up late watching movies. But anyway...

Me: *explains a particularly funny yet somewhat perverted piece of fanart* --and I thought of you! ...why is it that whenever it's something perverted, I automatically think of you?
Kelly: Let's not look too closely at that answer (^^;;)
Me: Ya know, we're perverts, aren't we?
Kelly: *proudly* Yup!
Me: *jabs fist in the air* But we're fun perverts!
Kelly: Yup, we're friendly.
Me: ...let's not go there either.
Kelly: *blush*
Me: Sooooo...you like angsty things but not dead things, right?

Then we went into something about how when Kelly takes over the world, she will destroy those who mocked her. But I'm safe!! And also, we discussed how no one appreciates her genius. 'Tis sad. Kelly makes me giggle.

Someday, she shall write a book, and it shall be a best-seller...who wants to bet that it'll be called No One Appreciates My Genius, any takers? ...where did all those chirping crickets come from? She also said that book sales will go towards her loan payments to BV. My response was, "Buying your soul back, one payment at a time!" *thumbs up*

Should probably think about actually doing my homework...bah...


Addendum: I went and looked and realized that I had typed in the title as "Conservation" instead of "Conversation." Bask in the glow of my radiant intelligence ~.~
