I got an email from Nintendo saying that my Legend of Zelda-esque feather-stylus is in the mail \o/ *does a Happy Alto Dance in honor of this* They said to figure six weeks...but if it's being sent by first-class mail, I'm guessing it'll get here a bit sooner \o/

Speaking of Nintendo, meimi is a prat who got me hooked on this site called The Backloggery. That link leads to my account. You basically list video games you've played. It's totally pointless, but I'm having a lot of fun trying to remember all the games I've played over the years.

That's...really quite an undertaking considering I've been playing video games since my hands were big enough to hold the controller. I think I was around five years old the first time I picked up the ol' Super Mario Bros. for the ORIGINAL Nintendo. Got my first Gameboy (one of the big gray ones) with my First Communion money when I was...seven or so... *skips merrily down memory lane*

I tried a new recipe last night--it was basically pulled/shredded pork (whatever you want to call it). Originally Southwestern Pork Burritos, but I changed the recipe somewhat to account for my tastes. 'Twas incredibly tasty on a tortilla with cheese, and provided leftovers ~♥

Tonight, I think I'm going to run to Ottumwa. Want to get my tax refund check (SQUEE!) in the bank, and pick up a couple of little things at the store. Nothing too major there--just means I'll be getting home a little later than usual, is all. And then...I dunno. Something exciting and fun, I'm sure.
