candylandReally quick post here, and then I should probably get going. Looooong day tomorrow--we're on the road at 9:30 AM, running about a gazillion errands, and then closing the day with a Broadway show. Life is sweetness and light :D

The big thing here has been demanding a clear definition of obscenity laws--which no one as yet has been able to give...which isn't surprising, given that the Supreme Court hasn't even been able to give a standard definition, and so it is judged on a community basis. And when someone pointed out that fictional works about minors engaged in sexual activity was not mentioned in the obscenity law,burr86, I kid you not, posted this in response:
It doesn't *exclude* works of fiction, which means that it includes it. :-/
