But I think it's on the next DVD that...yeah, sad stuff happens. Two of my friends (who insisted I get into Fullmetal Alchemist) both told me that they got misty/cried/bawled outright at the infamous episode twenty-five. In other words, there is absolutely no hope for me ;_; I won't spoil it here for people who do not know what's going on.
