candylandOkay, fun stuff first--new on candyfics: Star-Crossed, and Then Some (my 1sentence set on Shinichi and Ran). I will probably be catching up on comments (both here and on the fic-journal) when I get back to my apartment on the first--chances are that'll be the first time I really have time to do so.
And now, the sadness...
RIP, Kaito the Beta-Fishie
He died in his Tupperware Travel Container sometime during the night. His last words were reportedly "*bubble*" The ceremony will be held in the bathroom as soon as I post this entry. If anyone has a kind word to say about our dear red-finned one, you may do so here.
In case you couldn't tell, I'm not too broken up about it. I've had him for a year and a half, and I've known people who've gotten betas and had them die a week or two later. So for him to make it this long is pretty good. Besides, it would happen sooner or later.
