Yesterday was a snow day. Today we have an early out--just got the news. We're out at 1:15 this afternoon because of impending doom bad weather. We're supposed to get hit HARD with snow. The Weather Channel website actually had us at a 100% chance of it, so...yeah. I'm going to make a little detour to the store on my way home to make sure I have some food-things that do not require microwaving--probably just some deli meat or something. Sandwiches are easy, and I have chippies ^___^

...just looked out the window. The snow is starting. Not a lot of it coming down yet, but I'm guessing it'll pick up pretty soon. Our staff meeting agenda for today actually said that it's pretty much guaranteed that tomorrow is a snow-day ^^;;

And I think I broke magic_truth's brain last night. Because I told her I had an idea for a fanfic. A MYTHBUSTERS FANFIC. No, no, it's not RPS by any means. But yes, I was watching the pirate special and the idea just kicked me in the head ^^;; *looks pointedly at 100fandomhell* ...there are secrets about it on fandomsecrets, therefore it is a fandom, dammit! *clings to delusions of respectability*

As a few of you know, I'm doing 31_days for the month of February. A theme a day. I took the advice of aishuu who suggested it when I was lamenting my inability to write longer stories or anything with any depth to it. I had a very dark idea, and so I'm writing it. Each daily theme is an individual scene. So far it's going fairly well. Four scenes done! I think it helps that jeva_chan and fyliwionvilyaer are doing this venture with me. We prod each other ^_~ So far, we're all on track. Let's do our best, guys! \(^o^)/
