Interesting end to an interesting day

candylandA note about vocal recitals: it's usually a good idea to NOT forget your words on the third verse of the very easy German song. TOTAL BLANK!! Especially when you sang it perfectly several times earlier that day. *shrug* Oh well, it happens to the best of us. Several people in the front row thought that it was amusing that I was humming the notes, trying to remember the right words.
Classroom Management was interesting today--we played cards. Well, there was more to it than that--we were divided into groups, and each group had different rules, and then we rotated amongst groups. It was fun...but then you've got people like me who are going, "Umm...what's a trick?" Had a good time either way ^_^

jewelsybear1017 MSN-ed me and asked if she could come over. Kinda late, but I'm up working on a paper that was technically due twelve hours ago, but the prof is awesome and will accept it if it's in anytime on the due date. So we're sitting in my room, just hanging out and not really doing much.
You know it's been a long day when you find yourself reading math jokes out loud to a friend...and then laughing at them. But to be fair, some of them are rather funny. No, my paper isn't done yet. I have one section left to write--probably two paragraphs. I just can't focus long enough to actually finish the damn thing!!
In other news, I thinkmagic_truth and I have officially set the bar at a new height. Don't ask, but...yeah, pretty sure that deserves a WOW!
