Project Reality...WHEE!

candylandFirst things first: shout-out to all the amazing people of Jazz Choir, we had a fantastic two nights!! Soloists, you were all phenomenal. Congrats to Tom and Sandra on winning the dance competition. Luvs and smooches to Amanda the Awesome for playing for my solo. And yay for me for not messing up my solo--I felt like it went really well =3
I was trying to describe the costumes we wore for our opening number to someone, but the message wasn't getting across. So here's a picture of our full ensemble--I am in this picture as well, but I'm not telling ya which one I am. Because I'm a nerd like that. Ladies and gentlemen...The BVU Jazz Choir.
After show last night, Mommy contributed to the Lindsey Hasn't Eaten Dinner Yet Fund (donations are always accepted), so Kelly and I went and got Hardee's. We hung out for a while, just chatting about random things, then went back to campus. Kelly retreated to her room to continue hammering away at homework-esque things, and I spent the rest of the night curled up in bed. Crashed royally, slept for ten beautiful, undisturbed hours, and then woke up in a fabulous mood to a nice, sunny day this morning.
Granted, my fabulous mood didn't extend all the way to actually getting out of bed or taking a shower. It was more of a "Look at the clock oh it's ten minutes to noon guess I should get up and go to rehearsal" thing. Twenty minutes of singing later, I'm enjoying a lovely lunch and hanging out until choir rehearsal at three. After that...DONE!! Well, until the choir concert on Sunday, and then we're into finals.
I'll probably post more random babbling later. Oh, and there will be a fic dump on May twenty-first, so I apologize in advance for my abuse of your f-lists ^.^
