Computer woes

Greetings, everyone. It would seem that my dear home computer, the good ol' clunky desktop with dial-up, has gotten sick. Yes, dear friends, he caught a cold. Of the viral sort.

*clubs computer*

In other words, I may or may not be online for the next day or so, starting tomorrow. Dad's taking it in tomorrow morning to get it looked at. God willing, everything will turn out all right *crosses fingers* I may or may not see the internet tonight. I'll try.

On the other hand, this might be the perfect time to go ahead and finish all those GBA games I've started, or get a few of my slowly-recovering muses back to work ^_^

Yeah. We had to reinstall all our important stuff ^^;; I missed my internet... *snuggles it*

I still have dial up. One friend in particular gives me a really hard time about it. Cable and DSL are overrated. They leave you more prone to hackers.

I think Mom and Dad are upgrading to broadband. I have wireless at school, so for nine months out of the year I'm kinda spoiled when it comes to internet speed =P

Yup, we got rid of it...along with everything else on our hard drive ^^;; Oh well, least the computer's working now 8D
