Okay, it's no secret (or at least I've never tried to hide it) but I'm not very good with Photoshop. I've tried, and I have yet to get the hang of it to the extent that msbbt and others have.

However, I've kinda been thinking about messing with my LJ layout again (not totally decided on that, though), and I've sorta been thinking that I want a banner for the top of my LJ. Kinda like what jeva_chan has. It's so pretty!

So if someone would maybe want to make me something (considering that I really do suck at Photoshop), I would be forever in your debt. Unless it's msbbt--if you do it, then I think you've already got dibs on my first-born.

You could use the age old tactic of having two banners- one in your user profile and one at the top of your journal XD

My friend lady_agrias made it for me when I pestered her for it :D;;; Plus, I got tired of seeing "Friends Only banners" and I tend to keep my LJ pretty open (unless it's a post that I don't want family to see...>.>;;;)

AOL auto-deletes emails once they've been in your inbox for a certain amount of time unless you save them to Ye Olde Filing Cabinet ^_^

My journal is pretty much public--except that 30_memoirs will probably be f-locked for my own peace of mind--but I love the way those banners look, all pretty at the top of the page ^_^ So I want one, to greet people to my little stomping ground.

Oooh, yeah. Good point. If I were to do 30_memoirs, I would probably write some stuff that would offend my family...but that's the only reason I'd lock it, really >.>;;;

Still, locking that is understandable since they ARE your life stories. ^___^;; Will be interested in reading them, if you don't mind ^___^;;;

I've signed up, I'm just waiting for confirmation. I think of it as a challenge to myself, to see exactly how much I can bring myself to put on paper and share with the world. There are a few things I know I don't want to drag up again, but others...get some memories down on paper, good and bad, come what may.

Like you said: lots of stuff happens.

Yeah. Actually, I went and signed up too. *points thumb over at the LJ comm* Top of the fourth page...and I feel awsum for being the first to get page 4 for some reason XD

But yeah...can totally understand about not wanting to bring up certain memories while writing. But for me...that's what I'm going to challenge myself to write. Those memories that I don't tell anyone on my LJ (f-lock or no)...those ones I'm afraid to bring up...those are the ones I'm set to tell for this challenge.

And yes~ Off to bed with ya~ Me? I'm a night owl, so I think I'll be on for as while yet.
