Lurker Day, the second!

YAY HOORAY!! socchan has declared that Lurker Day will now be a bi-annual event. The second coming of Lurker Day will happen on September 2nd--six months apart from the first one.

For those of you who haven't heard about Lurker Day, it's basically a day on which all those lovely lurker people can come out of the woodwork and actually comment on those LJs they read but have not yet worked up the nerve to comment on. This can be something as simple as a "Hey. I read this. Bye." comment, or a friending request. It's fun!!

I think socchan is making a banner for it. So on September 2nd, keep your eyes peeled!

I might actually take the opportunity to message people who I have been stalking on AIM on my AIM Buddy List but haven't worked up the courage to actually IM. Yeah, yeah, I know...I'm a total weenie...
