Oct. 24th, 2006 06:09 amOkay, random question. Hopefully someone can give us some insight into this.
My twenty-first birthday is in six days (SQUEE!!) And one of my friends, who is of-age, said that my sister (who is a minor) wanted to give her money to purchase something alcoholic for her (my sister) to give to me as a birthday gift. In short, an adult getting money from a minor to buy alcohol for someone who is newly of-age--that being me.
...is that supplying a minor? We honestly aren't sure ^^;;

Though if you don't share she'll never know how great the present was! *kidding!*
