I SAW THE RYANN TODAY!! :D :D :D He and writergurl and I did lunch at the mall! And...I almost walked right by him because I didn't see him sitting there ^^;; Bad Candy. No biscuit. But we had a good, laugh-filled conversation over tacos :)

That was enough joy right there to make me smile all through the dismal hours that made up my shift at work tonight. I was thinking a few very unpleasant things about whoever it was that decided to put the dinner for four on special...for ten bucks. THAT IS MADE OF HATE!

Well! My first thought was "Akako/Aoko is popular :D" And then I thought, "Young!Yukiko and Eiri would be really damn hawt," but then I got plunnied for that myself while trying to figure out how it would work ^^;;; And then I had my best idea: Kazuha/Sonoko to compliment this fic of mine. 'Cuz yeah. Complimentary girlfriends and complimentary weather. And complimentary hot, too. ...Though, uh, I know that Sonoko's not too popular, so you can go with one of the other options.
...While I'm at it, Vermouth molesting an of-age Sherry would be all kinds of hot, too +_+ *has not thought of writing a fic to this effect at all, rly*

...dude, Ticky-box is the checkbox beside the options. The fun things (as I told Jeva) is that I listed Ticky-box as a solo entity. Which means that for it to do smexy, it would have to be mastur-- *shot*

...oh wow o.O I actually had a request for a young!Eri/young!Kogoro fic...but I've never actually written yaoi before, much less yuri, so I have no idea how good any of this would really be. Then again, I don't think my two attempts at lemony goodness were any...well, good either >.> But as weird as it sounds, the Vermouth/Sherry idea is sort of intriguing. It must be written *looks pointedly at you*

If you've read enough yaoi lemons, you should be able to get the gist. There's also links you can check out (ask Icka for links to "how to write yaoi lemons" guides and she should be able to point some out for you). Writing yuri can be almost the same as writing het - handjobs are essentially the same, as is cunnulingus (I probably spelled that wrong), possibly with only minor differences in physical description (slender fingers, etc). Also, you can replace "cock" with "dildo" or "vibrator" and still be pretty close; you just have to remember that mechanical equipment can't feel stuff ^^a
Link me to your lemons. I will read them and tell you whether or not they're good. *has been bad about reading them* Also, my first lemon (Akako/Aoko for the record) got no reviews on its first posting. And then I found out that it was probably because noone noticed it or something ^^; Plus, yaoi fics tend to get more reviews than het or yuri in general, so.
...It's totally an idea where Ai is really frightened of Vermouth because she would corner Sherry and sex her up (probably getting off on power or something) and Ai is somewhat cornered and trying not to remember and stuff. Or something. Only now I'm kinda tempted to write the actual sexing up. Because it would be fucked up emotionally as well as physically. And my brain is twisted.

Well, the first one I wrote was for 30_kisses, called Losing Control. (http://candy--chan.livejournal.com/51754.html) I got to the end and thought, "This is totally unrealistic...I know! CUE THE OVERUSED COP-OUT FOR THE WIN!" And then the second one, which is even more craptastic IMHO, was for Kaito and Aoko. (http://candy--chan.livejournal.com/137729.html) Be amazed by teh suck.

...I am suddenly very afraid for my ability to ever actually write yaoi/yuri smut. I really am. Because I think I'd burst into flames if I tried.

The Vermouth/Sherry thing sounds AWESOME. I demand you to write it pleez.

*cracks knuckles and gets reading* ...Okay, I'mma go for Constructive Criticism here, as I think you really can get a handle on this. Unfortunately, that also means that you don't quite have one now ^^a
The lemons read a little "textbook" to me. Pretty standard Tab A/Slot B, and not quite enough playing along the way for my taste. The sex itself seemed somewhat romanticised in both cases, and the first seemed almost more like a fantasy than a dream. More diologue could probably have helped that. Shin'ichi and Kaito also seemed a little too sure of what they were doing; Shin'ichi gets a little more slack, as he's Dream!version, but I'd suggest making it more consistent, and playing down his moment of hesitation a little more. As for Ran and Aoko... I think a little more nervousness might be good, especially for the second, and if you're going for realism in the first, I'd suggest doing things like showing Ran actively suppressing thoughts of the consequences of their actions (especially without protection). The way it's written suggests that the thoughts actually occured to her, not that all conscious thought aside from here and now were driven from her mind. The characterization also got a little weaker in the actual sex, though it was better in the second.
And that's all the advice I can think of for now. Er. Sorry if I was too harsh or something DD:

The Very Sweet lemon? I contemplated writing it while on the way to Des Moines with a car full of GSA members. Couldn't decide whether that would make it better or worse ^^; But yeah, very much blushing on my part. ...Also, I have yet to write het smut. Which I need to do sometime soon. *owes Ysabet some tasty Shiratori/Yuumi lemon fic*
