So yeah. Home early because I got sick at work. This marks the second time in the four summers/holidays that I've worked at Hy-Vee that I've missed work due to illness. Whoo.

I also have the new Avatar DVD--the first volume of the second season. I picked it up before work. Whoo again.

And finally, I think I've acquired a "guilty pleasure" show... *looks around before whispering* Has anyone else seen/watched Xiaolin Showdown? Because I think I'm hooked, and I was genuinely disappointed that Best Buy didn't have the first season. Whoo.

Going to bed now. Will hopefully be on and responding to stuff sometime in the near future. Whoo. *falls over*

I've seen Xiaolin Showdown, but I don't care for it. XD; There's very few American cartoons I think much of these days. I liked the new TMNT (haven't tried Fast Forward, though), and sometimes I liked Jackie Chan Adventures (but it had some really stupid episodes too). X-Men: Evolution was usually something I liked, and Teen Titans. And I like some of the old Disney cartoons, the original Disney Afternoon plus Darkwing Duck. And I wish Fox would release a boxset of Peter Pan & The Pirates! No one knows about that show, and it was so good!

I slept for a while, and now I feel a lot better :3

...that's why I called it a guilty pleasure >.>;; It's really kind of a dumb show, but for whatever reason I can't look away. But Avatar is total love! It's the only thing I've ever seen that I would legitimately call "American anime."

Now they just have to not fug it up in the last season (or two...we're not sure how much is left), and there will be much rejoicing :D

My guilty pleasure would be the Italian show Winx Club. XD I think the plot's okay, but could be a lot better, and while I love the 4Kids voice cast, the plot changes and dialogue just makes me headdesk sometimes. XD;

I have never tried Avatar, but I have heard a lot of good things about it!

Hm, I've seen a little of Xiaolin Showdown... Mostly because I took a class from the lady that does the little evil ghost thingy and she was telling us that was an upcoming role during the class/workshop/thing. Don't really watch it, though. Nothing caught my interest ^^;
