I'll give everyone questions for the meme in the previous entry later.

But yeah...my coop's gone again. So it's me and CS on our own again. Oh, and he'll be gone tomorrow as well. And possibly Wednesday. AND he was gone last week on Friday. But he was courteous enough to leave us a list of Rules and Things to Do.

...did I mention that since neither of us is a licensed/certified teacher, we're not legally supposed to be substitute teachers? Yeah. But here we are.

I'm not worried about rehearsal--that'll be fine. But...meh, I might post a rant later. I'm just sneaking this minute to post while CS is teaching a lesson. I'm taking guys, she's taking girls, but the guys in here all had their lessons during the last class period >.>;;

Meh. I think "meh" is my word of the day.

Oh, okay--I was kinda wondering...

He's a music person, I'd say. We're all over the place ^^;; And he's a very respected professional--which is sort of why he's having to go all over the place. I just kinda wish I was getting a bit more guidance in my student teaching >.>;;

Yeah that Coop is may be a great person and very professional, but if he doesnt have the time to attend to his responsibility, which would be you. This irks me :-P I mean im glad your doing great on your own :) Im just frustrated you dont have access to him.

That really is the source of my frustration, and I think it's the reason why I'm not enjoying this placement as much as I enjoyed my last one--I feel like I'm flying really solo D:

I'd be full out pissed off at your Co-op. Simply because I know that you were looking forward to working with this particular person when you were picking out placements for student teaching. I'd also make a note of this person's absence when you do the paper work and such for student teaching. Granted you can give it a positive spin about being more independent and such and getting prepped for teaching full-time, it is still inappropriate behavior for a teacher with student-teachers. The school would be in some major trouble if something serious would happen to any of your students (not saying that something would, but IF). Anyway I think you get my drift.

It is forcing me to be more independent and whatnot...but if I have no idea if what I'm doing is the right thing or the right way or what, then how in the hell am I supposed to improve? *siiiiigh* We'll see what happens, I s'pose...
