New fic!

New fic up on candyfics, this time for fanfic100. Look at me go! This was actually also for the fic-swap on manycases1truth, so it took priority. Now I can really get going on that first kiss fic meme, because I have ideas now! :D :D :D *mutters something about writing more when new computer is installed and flails at parents to let me have it already!!*

I feel like there was something else I wanted to post here, but for the life of me I can't remember what it is...oh well. Either it'll come to me, or it wasn't that important to begin with :)

EDIT: Okay, I remembered what I was going to ask. I posted this on detective_conan as well, but I figured I'd put it out here too. Does anyone know how Yuusaku and Yukiko met and/or hooked up? Fanon or canon, I'll take it. Thanks bunches! :D

All I know is that they are not childhood friends. (What a shocker!)
My personal theory is that Yusaku, an emerging crime novel writer, was around the set of one of the series Yukiko played in (preferably that woman cop series, and Yusaku would have been a consultant writer or something), and they happened to meet and talk, flirt and end up in a posh restaurant proposing right after a dorky crime moment. 8D

But yeah, we hardly know anything about Yusaku before he proposed to Yukiko. ;^^

I was totally not lurking in your journal and read this like a week later. Nope... -_-;;

I actually read a translated interview with Aoyama somewhere once, and they asked about that. I believe he said that one of Yuusaku's stories was made into a play and Yukiko played the lead and that's how they met. Which, when I thought about it, the dripping irony made me laugh so hard XDDD (him and Minami)
