candylandWas woken up at four AM by a phone call to alert me to a two-hour late start. Attempted to go back to sleep. Failed miserably. Was grouchy.
Just got another phone call.

Date: 2008-02-04 05:22 pm (UTC)Also, our district relies heavily on buses. I think our district runs sixty-five miles, top to bottom. And it's a lot of narrow two-lane roads. So if the roads are at all slippery...with a lot of kids on buses, ya know?

Date: 2008-02-04 05:50 pm (UTC)Yeah, there are apartment thingies. So there are a few, but compared to the enrollment it's not many. They are building actual dorms, though. Supposed to be ready this fall. And even though it would drive up my costs, if I do stay here again I'm considering... -_-;
