Quick update...

Yesterday...sucked. There's really no other way to put it. By the end of it, I was ready to just go home, take a forty-minute shower, change into my jammies, and hide my head under my electric blanket for three or four hours. Instead...I came home, changed directly into jammies and plunked down at the computer to let my brain run out my ears until bedtime. It was glorious.

It was really one of those days where everything is just...BLAH. You know what I mean? You got a full night's sleep, but you're completely exhausted. You showered, but you feel grimy. Nothing seems to go right, AT ALL. And to top it all off, it's raining, even though you usually love the rain. That was me yesterday. I just wanted to curl up and hide for a while.

But so far, today seems to be far less blah. So we shall see \o/ And thanks to the peoples who distracted me on chat last night. *squishes* I LOVE YOU ALL!

Tonight, I am chaperoning a dance at the middle school. It runs from six to eight, so I'll be gone for a couple of hours. Hopefully it won't be too eventful. And then...officially commence the weekend \o/

...I really need to finish some ficcage... *sigh* Okay, gotta get back to work. Will catch up on comments at some point--am still debating about the PSP vs. 360 thing. Thanks for the feedback!

...are there no good games for the 360 that can be played solo? I know there's a Banjo-Kazooie game coming out for it *gg* I haven't listened to your voicemail yet--I'm sorry. Just...got distracted last night ~_~;;

Well...if it's just a normal weekend, I could come on Friday, but I'd have to leave on Sunday. I have work *clings* Want to spend time with mah lady!

but! since my party is gonna start later in the day on a Sat (like 4pm-ish) we can go to the city (and whoever else wants/can come that early) before then? |D it doesn't take long to get around the city... its just really croweded @_@ but yeah, we can do that if you want? :D

Also Enchanted arms is good (just to laught at how BAD the script is, although the game plays pretty good itself)
and amped 3, although rather short and pretty much just a free-roam snowboarding game, is PURE CRACK for the story missions.

Mass effect is only pesudo-shooter, it's turn based RPG which -feels- like it's in real time. Its a bit on the realish-Sci-fi side, rather than the fantasy sci-fi but still x: you CAN set it so it pauses the action after every turn xD

but yes there are some really FUN games to mess around with on it solo x:

PSP is pretty much more like... well, the next step after the GBA, I mean god there even the same shape... so you can expect pretty much the next step in games from that? iuno x: i mean it's hard to talk about something you don't have XD

yeah, the PSP is a little above the GBA but right under the DS. :? now if the PSP had a touch screen, then I would be more excited to get it. :/ but I can always wait
