Things to do for the rest of the week...

I don't think I actually mentioned this on here, but I will have company this weekend! spirit_sage_333 is coming back into town, and there will be hangage of a most awesome nature \o/ (I sent you an email, love--just wanted to know if there was anything you want me to have there. Pop, munchies, water from the Fountain of Youth, anything at all! I'm going to the store on Friday ♥)

So I realized that I should make sure everything is tidied up. So the next few nights are going to be my favored approach of "one or two rooms a night." Simple, manageable, and very effective. And then finish everything up on Saturday :D All shall be very, very well!

The weather right now is AMAZING. As I type this, the temperature is sixty-eight degrees, bright and sunny, with wind at twenty-six MPH, gusting up to thirty-two MPH. It's pretty much the IDEAL day, and I love it. I have all the windows open in my room. Just enjoying the warm temperatures and the nice (if strong) wind.

...and now I'm wondering how many of my warmer-climate friends are going, "Sixty degrees? THAT'S FREEZING!" *laugh*

Oh, and I'm finally getting my hair cut. Been sort of waffling about it for a while, but I just made up my mind. I'm going in on Friday after school. Not going to do anything too fancy in terms of cut--just getting a couple of inches chopped off, layer it a bit, trim the bangs, etc. But then I decided that I should live dangerously. So I'm going to go ahead and get some shiny blonde highlights as well. And it will be shiny. VIVA LA SHINY THINGS!

But since the place is in Wal-Mart, I figure I'll go get my hair done, do my grocery shopping, and then go home. Get everything taken care of in one stop. I'm sort of excited--it's been a while since I did anything with my hair. It's getting too long to straighten effectively, and it's getting kinda frizzy and all that. So hopefully it'll look good z(^o^)b

And if you haven't signed up for summerwrite yet, you should go do that. YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO!

A haircut has been on my 'to-do' list for some time now... but I think about two more months and it'll be almost waist-length. Yeah. It's that long. Deal with it. :P

Ha, sixty-eight degrees is an awesome temperature. X3 I live where it can go past 100 in the summer. I still can't get used to that. XD;

Today we're back in the high forties XDD Can't win! Oh well, it'll be summer soon enough. But yes, it can go well past a hundred here as well. We had one summer where it NEVER got below the nineties, and more often than not was spinning in the low hundreds. Awful summer ~_~;;

Our summers tend to be hot, but that one was just beastly. They're usually not that bad. Usually our temperatures hang in the eighties, sometimes rising into the nineties and such. It just gets really humid ^^;;
