Sliiiiight change of plans XD

Okay...a while back I asked why so many people on my f-list seemed to think I was blonde. Well...congratulations. Those of you who thought that are now *partially* right. I decided to just go for it, and so I went and got my hair done yesterday. Went in right after school, then went grocery shopping.

Before, my hair was a couple inches past my shoulders, in its usual shade of blah-brown. It tends to go naturally wavy when it gets long, and so the ends are usually really frizzy. And I had swoop-bangs. Now it's about chin-length, layered, angled bangs, and highlighted. Overall, I really like my new 'do. It's maybe a little bit more blonde than I'd envisioned, but ya know what? It's a nice change, my hair is a great deal less blah now, and I've decided that it rocks.

And I love the cut :D Got a lot of nice compliments from my kids. My favorite was one girl in my first period who walked in and let out a loud whoop of surprise. Apparently, seeing the side of my head, she thought I was someone else *laugh* Can't wait to show my middle schoolers ♥

I will hopefully have a picture soon. I took one with my cell phone...but my cell phone is not liking to send the pictures. I'm going to try when I go into Des Moines on Saturday. If I can't make it work out there...well, sorry guys XD But I've had a couple of people ask for an up-to-date photo, so I will oblige you with my new look z(^o^)b

So now tonight I am going to clean the living room and office, and tomorrow night I will do the kitchen and bathroom. Then Saturday I can do laundry and any other general cleaning things before Sage gets here! *happy happy backflip*

In the meantime, I am transposing a piece for one of my kids--a boy wants to play tenor sax with us on the Jersey Boys medley, and so I'm getting it transposed out in Finale. Not particularly difficult, but merely tedious and time-consuming. Should have it done by tomorrow, no sweat.

Otherwise...hope to be able to toss at least one more fic up tonight. I've got stuff written. Just not...typed out, ya know? And I've got a fair amount ready to go on my outline for summerwrite. Glad to see so many friends signed up! Even ones who don't think to tell me that they're doing it... *pokes pyro_o and makes teary faces* ♥

Oh, and I have eight chapters left to read in Chrno Crusade. Quite looking forward to seeing how it ends \(^o^)/ I'll finish it tonight. I'm sure you will all hear what I think very quickly, depending on how the ending goes. We shall see~
