Most fic-talk. Because I'm boring like that.

Sage is gone--I took him out to get his rental car yesterday after work. I'll see him again next week. I will be taking him to the airport in Des Moines again. LOVE YOU! :D

Hikaru no Go continues to eat me. I'm up to chapter 43. I think I'm just shy of being a fourth of the way through it. And...I had a small plunnie or two last night when I was discussing with aishuu as to how Sai/goban is totally OTP and who would top in that relationship. Want to finish reading it first, before I start writing anything.

T-minus a little more than a week until summerwrite starts. I'm set for a while with my outlines and things, though I do wish I could get a bit further along in it...but I'm excited. I'll be focusing on my MKR project and trying to just get it done. I really don't think I'll finish the entire trilogy, but I think I can get a LOT more written on it.

I did a little figuring last night--it's 150,000 words in four months, aka 123 days. That's 1220 words a day--a bit less than NaNoWriMo. I want to try and write two thousand words a day for a least the first week to give myself a buffer. If I do that for the first seven days, by the end of the week I'll be four days ahead. Considering that I'll be moving at the beginning of June, that could be a very much-needed buffer. So I need to get as much done in the first couple of weeks as possible.

And jeva_chan is my writing buddy. PRODDING FOR GREAT JUSTICE! Anyone else? :3 It does help to have a friend to poke you along and for you to poke along. Much easier than trying to fly solo on it.

But before it all starts, I want to accomplish two things. First, I want to finish 30_evil_deeds. I only have two more to write for that, and I know the plots. It's just a matter of writing them. Secondly, I want to get to fandom #30 on 100fandomhell. It's a nice round number to leave it at. Again, two fics to write. I'm pretty sure I know what they'll be. Again, just a matter of writing them.
