Whew...I rather enjoyed having a day off :3 I think they tried to call me in, actually *is a good employee, honest* But nope, I was home. Made dinner for my family, too!

Tomorrow I do work from four to close (so about five hours-ish), which isn't too bad. Hopefully we will make it through the night without any major mishaps, and also without the male cook trying to tell me that I obviously don't like something "because I'm a girl" (I wish I was joking), and then suspiciously whispering to someone else when I tell him that I'm a bit offended by that statement. Uh-huh.

I'm also planning to go on a little shopping trip tomorrow. Just running to the usual places--Wal-Mart, Target, and Best Buy (not necessarily in that order). Imagine my surprise when I mention this to my sister, who frequently seems to go out of her way to avoid spending time with me, and she says she wants to go.

It gets even better when we start talking about stuff, and she comments that she really wants a Nintendo DS, but can't afford one. I'm like, "Christmas list! Birthday list! Ask for this kinda stuff!" She seemed mildly intrigued when I held up the Phoenix Wright case and said, "This is a great game. It's about gay lawyers." I showed her the pictures of the characters over on Court Records, just as a joke. She said that Phoenix looked gay...and Edgeworth look liked Austin Powers.

ILU, BUG ~♥♥♥

But anyway, yes, going to maybe buy myself something. Which leads me to ask if ANYONE CAN RECOMMEND SOME GOOD PSP GAMES PLEASE? I'm not a big fan of shooters or war-games. Otherwise, it's a matter of what catches my attention :D

Writing goes along swimmingly. I posted my eightieth story for [livejournal.com profile] fanfic100, and I am almost done with the eighty-first one :D I honestly have no idea what I'm going to end that challenge on. One hundred themes, one hundred stories, and two years worth of writing...how do you end something like that? What possible note could be big enough? I'm sort of to the point where I'm just going to write whatever idea I have and just say, "I'M DONE! THAT'S A BIG ENOUGH NOTE ON ITS OWN."

It's also been really weird to actually keep track of everything I've written for [livejournal.com profile] summerwrite on my archive post and see how much I really do write @_@ Did I really post all those?

Okay...think I might head to bed soon. Gotta get up tomorrow and go places before work. Later, everyone! :D

*SNEEEEEEERK* Because he is so dapper and debonair, of course! ^_~

Also, that icon is awesome. And it makes me want to watch this Phoenix Wrong, () specifically the scene at 5:30. Trust me XDD And also the little snippet at 3:51 *cackles*

Hee, yeah, I just YouTube searched it ^^;

By the way, I got to the cutscene in Layton. And freaked out, restarted (I fortunately had just saved), saved in the second slot, and watched it again ♥ XDD Win win win.

AHAHAHAHAHA your sister is amazing. Mainly because Edgeworth does look (or at least dress like) Austin Powers, and I never noticed ;~;

Uuuu, for PSP....I would recommend Patapon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Patapon) and Loco Roco (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Loco_Roco) to everyone, as they're good, cutesy fun games. Patapon is a bit like a strategy game where you order things around by beating drums to a funky rhythm, or something... Loco Roco involves rolling a large blob through a landscape :D
Aaaaand then there's this which I'm shamelessly pimping just 'cause it's Level-5... Jeanne d'Arc (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeanne_d%27Arc_%28video_game%29). A historically accurate (except for the magic and demons) RPG!

*FACEPALMS* I don't want to make that comparison. I really don't...but yes, there is a certain similarity. Except for the hair. And glasses. And only one I would like to read/write hot fanfiction about *halo*

I'm hearing so much about Jeanne d'Arc, and everyone and their dog seems to be rec'ing Loco Roco. Okaaaaay, make a note on mah little listy here~ *doo dee doo*

Is that Yukiko in your icon? >_>; *staares*

And I need to ask my sister what it is she actually plays on her psp. All I know that she does play is Dragon Ball Z Budokai or something...

Recommending Lumines if you can find it for cheap, it's a pretty good puzzle game with pretty trippy graphics and awesome music. :D Loco Roco is full of ADORABLE. I swear to god, I've only played it up to two or three levels, but when I'm down, and play it - geez, I'm not even a big fan, but I end up feeling better!

Lemmings is honestly a guilty pleasure of mine for the PSP q_q

I definately recommend everything everyone has said above-! If you have any spending money left, I would poke you towards Wild Arms XF, Jeanne D'arc, and possibly Riviera if you can find it. The first two are SRPGs and the latter is a rather quirky RPG. It's like a shinier version of the old browser RPGs where you navigated by screen and had extra stuff lying everywhere.
