A whole new level of wow...

I was asked a question at work today that officially takes the cake as the dumbest question I've ever been asked at work. I know they say there are no dumb questions, but this one has to come pretty close. The woman walked up to the case, studied it for a moment, and then pointed at one of the entrees. This entree is VERY CLEARLY LABELED as "Sweet Pineapple Chicken."

Her question: "Is this spicy?"

... *koff*

Anyway, I'm sort of happy because I just found out that there are some new comms. Y'all know how I'm doing summerwrite, yes? ...of course they do, Candy, you've been babbling about it non-stop for well over three months and counting.

Well, a couple of the people writing on that comm took it a step further. There are now THREE separate communities. There's summerwrite, of course, but now there's also autumnwrite and springwrite. Same rules, 150,000 words in four months. Just think...that'd be 450,000 words in one year if all three are completed successfully.

*stares at List o' Unfinished Projects* I will conquer you. Mark my words.

I have a busy week. I'm working every day (pulling probably around forty hours) except for Saturday, when I'm driving to Des Moines for a friend's wedding. And I have a metric ton of stuff to do along the way ^^;; Ayiyiyi...

Dad's birthday party was amazing, BTW. Had a really good time~ And yes, he was surprised ^_~
