Still working on fic requests. The plunnies are biting again, yays!

Might as well just get this part out of the way: I'm voting Obama. Respect to anyone voting McCain :)

Every once in a while, I manage to surprise my mother. It's usually at the weirdest moments, too. Okay--my bedroom is in the basement. Walk out of my room, hang an immediate left, and you're at the stairs (my closet is the under-the-stairs space). When my parents need me, they have this lovely habit of banging on the wall at the top of the stairs to get my attention ^^;; Well, last night Mom pounded on the wall, and I came out and started for the stairs. She was standing at the top of the staircase...

Mom: Stop!
Me: ...hammer time!
Mom: *has her mouth opened for her next statement, pauses, then starts to laugh*
Dad: *doing dishes* Did I hear that right?

Mom wanted me to bring her a can of pop up when I came xD

I've been falling asleep at weird hours lately. And by weird, I mean EARLY. Like...last night, I think I crawled into bed around a quarter to eleven or so. This is crazy early for someone whose record for staying up late on chat was six AM (*glomps [livejournal.com profile] magic_truth*) I had some IMs from people after eleven, but I think I was already out cold. Sorry, guys ^^;; I keep forgetting to put up an away message...

I can't remember if I said this already on here, but [livejournal.com profile] kaitodoushi is my king! *does a happy WE HAVE SPAMALOT TICKETS dance* This is going to be made of win. And also possibly awesome. Kind of like our Sunday night gaming sessions--this week, we finish Psychonauts! Next week, we're going to open Portal~ *dances around*

Okay, enough prattling for now. I need to go put dinner in the crockpot and shower and stuff before work. Maybe I'll write a little bit before I go...I'm almost to 90K for [livejournal.com profile] autumnwrite, huzzah!

Exactly, while I wouldn't say we break out into song at randome, my dad often sings a verse (and my sister and I look at him wierd because usually it's a very old song.. and he can't sing very well), and it's almost always amusing.

Music is the universally spoken language (as opposed to love being the unspoken universal language) and everything connects to it.

>.< of course this part waited until AFTER I had posted
We may not have our own personal orchestras, but our lives are self-made musicals.

Another hint that you bring out my internal eloquence heh great minds think alike, and play off each other well.
