Five days since my last post? Whoa...

Okay, dragging myself out of my hermit-ish nature of the last few days to actually make an update. First things first: WHO ARE THESE RANDOM PEOPLE WHO KEEP TRYING TO CONTACT ME?



I just got a call from a number I didn't recognize (though it looks like a cell number) based out of the town where I lived last year. No message left.

And then I got these weird emails--got one on Friday the seventh saying that some package I had shipped through the UPS Store had been picked up and would be delivered on the tenth to some people in Ohio. This is especially interesting because the UPS Store here in town closed months ago (though there might be another one on the other side of town, I don't know for sure). So I went to the UPS Store website to get their phone number and called Customer Service. Her response was basically "We don't know where they're coming from either, but I'll transfer you so you can report it." So I'm not the only one calling about such a notification.

Even more interesting about this was the email I got today saying that it had been delivered to said people in Ohio. So I took a glance at the website of this shipping company, and checked the tracking number of this alleged package. Funny that the package was picked up in Chicago, and I live in Iowa and haven't been to Chicago since the last time I went out to visit lwyn.

Oh well, I reported the email. Not going to worry about it.



Last night, kaitodoushi and I went on a Wal-Mart run to get a USB hub for her parents. While we were there, we wandered through the bedding because we're renovating her room (and when I saw we, I do mean her and I XD) and we were looking for some ideas. Well, we saw this one really ornate comforter that had cord for the trimming, and the following exchange took place...

KAT: I don't want rope on my bed.
ME: Me neither. Unless... *pause* Never mind.
KAT: XDDD

NaNo-ing goes...well, it goes slowly. Don't ask me why, but I'm having major difficulties in getting this stuff done. I have a bunch of ideas--it's just the sitting and writing them down that is kicking me in the butt with cleats on. We'll see how much further I can get tonight v_v

...yeah. That's about all I've got for right now. Except that I really need to reply to comments over on candyfics. I feel bad that I haven't done it yet. Just...blah. Haven't been feeling tremendously social over the last few days.

Dude, my mom came into my room at 9 this morning and someone called my phone twice in a row and it was a number from Nebraksa I didn't recognize o_O. And you know me, I keep my number pretty highly secret. I'm guessing wrong number, but still.

But I also knew it was no one I really knew cause they would know I AM NOT AWAKE AT 9 IN THE MORNING XD.

*laugh* Remember the one time we tried to do an early morning gaming session? And by early, I mean ten AM? Yeah, you were still a zombie XDD Makes me wonder what we're going to do when we paint your room, love, because we'd need to start in the AM for sure =P

Getting the furniture out is going to be the tough part, and sadly it's the part that will definitely require two people. But after that, we're just slathering paint on the walls. So you're going to need to make sure you're awake enough to help haul furniture, and then you can sleepwalk through the rest ^_~

DUUUUUDDDEEE,I've been getting mystery cell numbers too. I dont answer, they dont leave messages. I figure if someone IS trying to get a hold of me, they would leave a message, right?

NaNoing...is going slow for me too. I basically have NO inspiration this time around.

Exactly. If someone wanted to get in touch with me, I figure a message would be left. Hence, I do not answer zee phone~ It's just really weird. How did they get our numbers?
