candylandI went to a Renaissance Festival today, my first time attending such an event. It was most fun, 'cept for the fact that I had to be up at four AM in order to go to it--the damn thing was four hours away, and my friends felt the need to be on the road in the wee hours of the morning. I got to see the official 'butt-crack' of dawn from the backseat of Andrew's car before I fell asleep in a most uncomfortable position with my head leaning against the window. Woke up with an extremely sore neck.
Unfortunately, it is now midnight. I have been "awake" for twenty hours now (I dozed on and off in the car, but I don't think it counts, 'cause it wasn't restful sleep). I am TIRED. So I shall write the rest of this in sometime in the near future. Sleep first.
A good time was had by all, though. And that turkey leg was delicious, indeed.
Oh yeah, one more thing--Rurouni Kenshin rocks my face off, yo!!! Kenshin has taken second place (just behind Chichiri) in the "You are so adorable I want to glomp you repeatedly, kidnap you, make you my love-slave, and have you bear my child" category. And I've only watched the first eight episodes!!! Perhaps Chichiri will finally be unthroned...we shall see ^_^
