The one downside of a good workout ~
Feb. 18th, 2009 03:10 pmOkay, I just tried workout two of the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. I've been on workout one for a little over a week, and I can almost make it through the entire workout without stopping. So I did the first one this morning, and then on a whim thought I'd give number two a try. And I made it through more of it than I thought I would! Probably managed about two thirds of it, which is pretty incredible for my couch potato self. AND I CAN DO TEN PUSHUPS! Yes, this is yay-worthy.
But I also learned something.
About trying to do certain cario moves when one has been blessed with a, shall we say, rather nicely sized bosom.
BAD PLANNING.
I had to stop about every five moves to shove the girls back into the sports bra where they belong.
And of course we repeat the moves twice per circuit.
I've been told that there are people who will pay to watch that XD
...I liek having bewbs :3
But I also learned something.
