Manga.

Can watch/read it faster than anime, more reliant on my own imagination.

There are some exceptions, like Slayers, but for the most part, Manga.

Thanks! I do agree, based on what little I've seen/read of it.

I think it depends on what you want out of the series.

Although the anime is very good, there seems to be a lot more development in the manga, imo; the anime, despite it having kept close at first, has swurved off into some odd plot that doesn't make an awful lot of sense to me. The anime does, truthfully, have better art.

The manga, however, has the characters drawn in a more prominent way, there's more focus on character development and the chapters are well cut up.

*molests your icon* ...I'm sorry, what were we talking about? :3

Ah, the curse of anime. That seems to happen a lot. And lord knows I love me some development and plots that make sense!

I think both are good but I prefer the manga because it's easier to find it online.

That is very true, since the anime was licensed. Any bets on who Vic Minogna will be voicing? (The guy's done some fantastic work in the past, and has some surprising versatility, but he stopped changing his voice after he did FMA.)

Manga... The anime starts out good, but then goes way off, so for true story line go through the first half of the anime then go to the manga (cuz he draws better later on)
