I had a work meeting at seven AM this morning. Y HALO THAR SIX-THIRTY AM, I HAD FORGOTTEN WHAT YOU LOOKED LIKE. I MIGHT ALSO HATE YOU. The meeting lasted for a little under an hour and a half, and I really didn't have much to contribute because I've worked back there for all of one day. But it wasn't so bad, truth be told.

gracie_musica rec'd a series to me yesterday: Baccano! It's only thirteen episodes (sixteen if you count the OVA eps), so I think I'm going to toss it onto my to-watch list right under Shigofumi, which is my next one. They both sound really interesting.

I discovered Vision of Escaflowne Abridged. There are only five episodes, but it's surprisingly funny. The first watch-through got me, if only because Folken was hilarious, and Balgus' continued declarations of "BEEFCAKE!" The second watch had me laughing out loud, so I think I'm going to keep an eye on it. This is why I set up a YouTube account ^^;;

Three more days until summerwrite2 starts up, which means I get to start writing again, whoo! First on my list is the rest of the alphabet meme. Second is That Fic on the Layton Anon Meme, and of course, the never-ending quest that is 100fandomhell. YAY!

Heiji/Kazuha from Detective Conan/Case Closed.

Speaking of which...the other day, I was re-reading all your fics with Heiji in them to make sure I had read them all. Then I stumbled on "How to Get the Girl of Your Dreams". And had a big OH CRAP! moment.

The first, and only fic so far I have typed up and posted on FF.net is one chapter of a series I'm trying to start. It's at:
