I worked for eight and a half hours today. The drive-through hated me. And I've got nine hours tomorrow and seven on Sunday. Whoo~ *paycheck paycheck paycheck*

Stomachache went away for most of today...until I ate dinner. Then it came back and has not left yet. I doubt it's been helped by the fact that insomnia's decided to bite me in my posterior regions over the last couple of nights. I picked up a sleep aide today at work, just to try and get myself to sleep at a reasonable time. Reasonable time is defined at sometime that is well before two AM.

Speaking of dinner? I burned it. So we went out to eat. Yeah ;3;

Things that make the Candy happy: the soundtrack to Shrek: The Musical. I admit to being skeptical when I heard about them making it into a musical, but the songs are fantastic, and most of them manage to be both funny and heartfelt at the same time. My recs at the moment are The Traveling Song and I Know It's Today. That user has other songs uploaded. You should check 'em out :D In the meantime, this CD has two new homes: in my car, and on my mp3 player.

Other things that make the Candy happy: strawberry pie. It's in the fridge upstairs ^___^

...I have this sudden urge to knit. And I don't know what or why. Huh.

I've found that almost everything else you do in knitting is some variant on knitting and purling. So if you know those two, you've got the basics down!

...what I really want to learn to do is knit in the round. Then I could make hats and purses and stuff. I wonder if Mom knows...of course she does, Mom knows EVERYTHING! :D
