Hey, [livejournal.com profile] maskalade? Comment or ping me if you see this entry. I gots a question for you ^_^

Yesterday was a day of odd happenings. Nothing big, but more that a few seemingly strange-ish things all happened on the same day.

Came upstairs yesterday to find the front door wide open, and was mildly paranoid until I peeked around and found that there was no one in there. At work, I glanced at the clock and then at my watch, and found that my watch was half an hour behind. I reset it, and it is still perfectly on time, so I don't think it's the battery.

Found out that Dad had started to leave out the front door yesterday morning, but then noticed that Mom had left the garage door open, and wound up leaving out the garage to close it...while forgetting that the front door was open ^^;; Still no explanation for the watch, though.

...I swear there was something else weird that happened, but I can't think of what it was. ETA: I remembered! The Homecoming King from my class in high school went and got himself arrested. I am...actually sort of surprised o.O

NOTE TO SELF: Get on Skype more often.

I'm debating on the pros and cons of going out to my storage unit and retrieving my TV and DVD player and putting them on my dresser. My stupid computer freezes and crashes if I have a non-YouTube video playing for more than, oh, thirty seconds. Sometimes it'll play for hours before it locks up, and sometimes it will take only twenty minutes.

The biggest issue in this decision at the moment is, of course, that I need to clean my dresser off so I'd have a potential place to put it. Which I'm actually going to do after I finish typing this entry.

...which I think is right now.

I think your watch just had a momentary lapse in time-keeping. Or it went on a temporary strike.

Craziness on the former classmate thing. It always surprises me when I find out what my high school classmates are up to, good or bad.

I think you should clear off a place for you tv & dvd player. Too much time is wasted in freezing and crashing. That is valuable viewing time you are wasting!

That could be it... *keeps an eye on the watch, just in case it attempts a surprise buttsex attack in the night*

He was one of those squeaky-clean guys who (many of us thought) frequently got by because he was really good at sucking up to the teachers, but he was a nice enough guy. Which is why this surprised me. It was probably a very massive lapse in judgment.

I think I'm going to! I will finish tidying up tonight, and then go get them first thing tomorrow morning! ...and I might have to post a poll tonight for a "I can't decide which show to watch first HALP" sort of thing XD

My old computer did that when I tried to watch movies. It would freeze or randomly restart. Could be the motherboard, like mine, or just plain overheating. Try blowing it out with a can of air to get it all cleared out inside and that might stop the craziness.
My watch does that sometimes too ... strange ... almost like a mini Lost moment. haha.

Oh god I hope it's not the motherboard T_T I'll try the air idea first, though. Maybe that'll help. I just want it to not randomly crash...
