candyland | Things to do today!

I have a day off, and I'd like to accomplish some things of great and terrible importance.

First on my list, I will take a shower! *dodges thrown things* I need to call GameStop and ask when the second Layton game will be available for pick-up. Need to pick up a bit and maybe do a load of laundry or two. Got some writing to take care of, and then I also need to get my word-counts all sorted out and reported. And tonight we're going out for dinner because my mom got a fifty-dollar gift-card to Texas Roadhouse for winning an award at work :D

My sister goes back to school on...Thursday, I think. Which means that on Thursday afternoon or evening, my bathroom is getting scrubbed clean. AGAIN. And it will stay that way, fina-freakin'-ly, because I cleaned it twice this summer, and both times she had it trashed within two days. Cleeeeeeeean bathroooooooom! And also having the basement to myself again :D

Next month, after Lurker Day, I'm going to be taking a hiatus from fics. The reason for this is that I need to take my pharmacy technician certification test, and I still have a lot of studying to do, so I think I'll be going and claiming a table at the library and working there for many an hour. My dad was freaking out about it yesterday because he doesn't think I'm studying. My response: it sometimes takes nearly two hours to go through one chapter. I'M WORKING ON IT.

...oh yes, one more thing. I'm still watching Torchwood. Gotten through five episodes so far, and have two more loaded to watch. I have a favorite character and a ship, feel free to judge me. I also have a plunnie for it that's probably been done before, but I have not actually found it done anywhere. Yet.
