I forgot to mention this on my post about the room renovations we did, but while we were moving kaitodoushi's bed during the painting process? Well, she has a space heater in her room. While moving the bed, I had to step up and over it to get the bed where we wanted it. This meant that I had to spread my legs and kind of hop over it. As I did, it sort of brushed against the inside of my knee, and I could not help myself.

ME: Kat...the space heater has made me a woman!

...yeah, we're nerds XD

In other news, maskalade posted a few spoilers for the new Professor Layton game, the third (and allegedly final) game in the series. And having read those spoilers of my own free will, I have this intelligent, thoughtful, and well-worded statement to make about it.

*pantpant* ...I think this game is going to become the Apollo Justice of the Layton-verse, in that a large chunk of the fandom is NOT going to accept this as canon. And I might be one of them. Which is weird, given that I'm usually such a canon-whore. But this? Yowzers. And I was just starting to let myself get sucked into the fanon...

...also, I think that when I finally see/play this game and get to the ending cut scene, you will all hear about it. And it will be filled with typos. Because I will be bawling my poor little eyes out. I haven't even seen the bloody thing, and I was getting teary just reading about it. IT'S. THAT. EPIC.

And finally (and more coherently), ladies and gentlemen, my current favorite number is 50,051.

Oh, I'm going to play it for myself as well! Lots of stuff that I don't know yet, as well as having all those snazzy awesome puzzles to solve (which is why I got the first game in the first place--I likes puzzles!). Maybe once I can see it for myself, I'll be able to make a better decision as to what I think of it XD
